Despite official supply chains, frontline units face a persistent shortage of individual medical kits. High operational intensity, rapid unit rotation, equipment lost in combat, and uneven distribution mean not every soldier has reliable access to bleeding-control tools at the moment they are needed.
In many cases soldiers receive weapons and protective gear faster than medical supplies, even though uncontrolled bleeding remains one of the leading causes of preventable death on the battlefield. That gap is what this campaign exists to close.
We reach defenders wherever they are. Before they deploy, when they request it, and before every vehicle leaves.
Every vehicle transferred to the military via car4ukraine.com, drivingukraine.org, private volunteers and other charities is equipped with a set of our IFAKs before handover. Soldiers have tactical medicine from their first second of deployment.
We respond to verified requests from combat units, delivering IFAKs and tourniquets directly to where they are needed most, with no warehouse delays and full documentary reporting.
We supply Ukraine's emergency responders: DSNS, volunteer medics, and civil defense crews who operate in active conflict zones and are the first to reach the wounded.
We equip cadets at military training centers before graduation, ensuring every new defender has an IFAK from day one on the front, not after their first engagement.

Every Individual First Aid Kit is built for immediate response to traumatic injury in high-risk environments, focused on rapid bleeding control, basic wound management, immobilization, and prevention of hypothermia. Components are selected for reliability, simplicity, and effectiveness under stress.
A complete IFAK costs approximately $80 to $100 to assemble. Every donation in this range puts one of these kits into the hands of a Ukrainian defender.
Funds raised through this campaign go directly to procuring IFAK components from certified Ukrainian manufacturers. Once components are secured, our verified assembly partners build complete kits, verify their contents, and prepare them for delivery.
