Despite official supply chains, frontline units face a persistent shortage of individual medical kits. High operational intensity, rapid unit rotation, equipment lost in combat, and uneven distribution mean not every soldier has reliable access to bleeding-control tools at the moment they are needed.
In many cases soldiers receive weapons and protective gear faster than medical supplies — even though uncontrolled bleeding remains one of the leading causes of preventable death on the battlefield. That gap is what this campaign exists to close.
